These terms govern your purchase and use of Freedom Path Enterprises ("FPE," "we," "us") reports, scorecards, and services. By purchasing a report or submitting an intake form, you agree to these terms.

What we provide

FPE delivers personalized diagnostic reports (Career Forecast Report, Business Forecast Report, and related tiers) built from the information you provide in your intake form, combined with AI-assisted research and human review. Reports are diagnostic and strategic in nature. They are not a guarantee of any outcome, income, employment, or business result.

Payment and delivery

• Payment is required in full before intake and production begin.
• Reports are delivered within 5 business days of receiving your completed intake form, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
• The Business Forecast Report includes a scheduled 30-minute delivery call.

Refund policy

If you decide not to proceed before your report is delivered, you are entitled to a full refund, no questions asked. Once your report is delivered, it is considered delivered intellectual property built specifically for you, and no refund applies, except where a limited adjustment window is explicitly stated on the relevant product page.

No guarantees

Results depend on your individual circumstances, effort, and market conditions, and are not guaranteed. FPE reports provide analysis and recommendations, not promises of income, employment, or business outcomes.

Not licensed advice

FPE reports may reference topics related to income, retirement accounts, insurance, or general financial planning. This content is educational and strategic in nature. It is not legal, tax, financial, or insurance advice, and should not be treated as a substitute for consultation with a licensed attorney, accountant, financial advisor, or insurance professional. Where the founder of FPE holds a professional license (including an insurance license), that licensed activity is separate from, and not part of, the diagnostic services sold on this site.

Intellectual property

Your delivered report is yours to use for your own personal or business purposes. The underlying methodology, frameworks, and systems used to produce it (including the L.O.C.A.T.E. System) remain the intellectual property of Freedom Path Enterprises.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FPE's liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant report or service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
