Freedom Path Enterprises ("FPE," "we," "us") operates freedom-path-enterprises.vercel.app and the intake, scorecard, and checkout tools linked from it. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Contact information: name and email address, submitted through the scorecard, intake forms, or checkout.
• Intake responses: career or business details you provide in the intake form, including career history, income range, business revenue, goals, and (if you choose to include them) resume content.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card number, expiration date, or CVC. Stripe's own privacy policy governs that data.

How we use it

• To produce your personalized Forecast Report or scorecard result.
• To send you order confirmations, delivery updates, and, if you opt in, related email content.
• To improve our reports and services. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Where it's stored

Intake and lead data is stored in a private, access-controlled Google Sheet and email inbox used only by Freedom Path Enterprises. It is not shared with advertisers or data brokers. If you would like your data deleted, email info@thefpe.com and we will remove it within 14 days, except where we are required to retain records for tax or legal purposes.

Third-party services

We use Stripe (payment processing), Google Sheets (secure data storage), and Gmail (email delivery). Each of these providers has its own privacy and security practices, which apply to the data they process on our behalf.

Your choices

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing info@thefpe.com.
